Building the identity layer
for physical manufacturing
LASE-X started with a laser physicist's technology inside Panasonic and became a tool that gives every part a permanent identity, starting the moment it's made.
Origin
Developed inside Panasonic.
Spun out to build it further.
LASE-X's core laser technology was developed and validated inside Panasonic, where Xinbing Liu directed laser R&D for over 25 years. LASE-X spun out in 2024 with that technology and two utility patents, giving the company a proven technical foundation rather than a concept built from scratch.
Carlton Brule, who co-developed the technology alongside Xinbing inside Panasonic, leads LASE-X as CEO, setting company vision, strategy, and product direction. James Gallagher joined as CRO, bringing manufacturing and sales expertise that translates customer needs into what gets built next.
